1. JUNIOR BOOKER - PROMOTERS 

 

This position is for the Bareface Entertainment division – You will be working in the promoter category.   

 

Job responsibilities: 

  • All promoter bookings – day to day bookings and scheduling. 
  • Managing & coordinating large groups of promoters 
  • Assisting on other entertainment bookings
  • All admin for promoters division 
  • Meeting new promoters for registration 
  • Scouting & Holding open castings for new promoters / entertainers 
  • Marketing & PR for promoters division  
  • Updating all promoters images and information on the database
  • Creating schedules & timetables for events/jobs
  • Acting as promoter / event coordinator on set / at events when required 
  • Sell and Promote Bareface Entertainment at events, network events and whenever required 
  • Manage all printing, collateral, merchandise related to Bareface Promoters

 

Experience: 1+ year 

  • Worked in a model/talent /promoter agency (preferable)
  • Previous booking and sales experience (preferable)

This job may require long hours and out of office work such as scouting and last minute bookings. 

You must be flexible with working hours and available on weekends and out of hours when required. 

You will be required to attend events – this may involve travel to Abu Dhabi, Yas Island or other countries within the Middle East. 

 

This job is highly admin and scheduling based so you must be very organized, have excellent knowledge of excel & must be highly efficient at scheduling and coordinating a large number of people.

2. INTERN (ADMIN ASSISTANT) - MODEL AGENCY DIVISION

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Casting calls to models
  • General admin tasks such as scanning tear sheets, filing etc…
  • Image editing and organising.
  • Collaboration of images and design of models’ composite cards.
  • Uploading and arranging of model images on the Bareface website
  • Inputting models’ personal information and registrations into the database
  • Organising test shoots for models
  • Assisting senior bookers with any other tasks required

Skills

  • Computer literacy a must.
  • Design skills and knowledge and experience of Photoshop and InDesign is a must
  • Computer skills – word, excel, power point. Experience with PC & MAC.
  • Creative ability and flair
  • Strong Administration and organisational Skills
  • Versatile & multi tasking abilities essential

Personality

  • A genuine interest in the model, photography and fashion industry is required.
  • Must be an independent worker with initiative
  • Highly diligent, organised and self motivated
  • Mature, patient and able to deal with varied personalities
  • Friendly & honest

This is an UNPAID intern position, however an allowance will be given towards transportation costs.

 

We are looking for a FULL TIME intern. Timings are 11am – 5pm, Sunday to Thursday. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 1 month but ideally 2-3 months.

This position is highly admin based so you must be very organized.

3. RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ADMIN

Job Responsibilities: 

 

1. General Administration:

  • Answering calls from clients, suppliers and models and direct them
  • Check all messages daily on phone for missed calls, etc
  • Regularly check the fax inbox and distribute to relevant person
  • Keep Stationary up to date and cupboard tidy
  • Arrange carpenters if need anything done in the office - get quotes, coordinate, etc.
  • Organize labour passes for workers
  • Liaise with building management about any faults with air conditioning, and Smart3 (phones provider) for phones problems, etc 
  • Booking flights/accommodation/car hire
  • Organsing model accommodation and airport pick ups.
  • Make sure all off stock up to date, tea, coffee, cleaning, lollies etc
  • Responsible for office organization/tidiness.
  • Post all mail, receive and distribute mail – Moshin now doing collection
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Execute any other task assigned by the Office Manager

 

2. Models

  • Manage appointments for registration for new models
  • Upload new registration information & photos to the web
  • Download models’ pictures from the camera and save them on the server 
  • Filing Models registration forms and contracts 

 

3. IT

  • Co-ordinate with Office Manager regarding IT problems 
  • Archiving
  • Changing Daily Back Up Tape
  • Learn general networking issues, how to set up printers, how to add fonts, how to install programs  
  • Contact Management - update all contacts given by team, make sure they are grouped correctly. Administer return emails, update, call up find out if they have left, if all numbers have changed, etc, etc.
  • Maintaince of all phones and office equipments
