Terms & Conditions:

  1. This competition is open to residents of the UAE, aged 18 years or over, except for anyone represented or employed by Bareface, their families or anyone else associated with this competition.
  2. The top 10 photos receiving the most votes will be submitted to a panel of Bareface photographers, who will select the Grand Prize Winner.
  3. The winning photograph will be displayed on the Bareface website for one month. By partaking in this competition the entrant confirms that his/her photo can be displayed on the Bareface website.
  4. Entries should be uploaded onto www.bareface.com/competition. Image files must be between 1MB and 3MB.
  5. All entries must be received by the closing time and date of April 15th 6PM.
  6. Public voting will run from April 15th until April 30th, 2009.
  7. All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
  8. Only one entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
  9. Only one vote per person will be accepted. PLEASE DO NOT VOTE FOR YOUR OWN PHOTO.
  10. The winning entry will be the photograph that is judged to be the most visually appealing, original and self-explanatory. The winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the competition.
  11. The winner will receive a professionally-taken black & white or family portrait taken by Bareface photographer Katarina Premfors and Bareface make-up artist Dennie Pasion.
  12. No cash or other alternative will be offered in whole or in part. Bareface reserves the right to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with one of equivalent or greater value. The Prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable or severable. No cash or other alternative will be offered in whole or in part.
  13. Bareface reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Prize as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control.
